FAQs

How do I get the best result?
Stir thoroughly before use. Remove top, grip tube bottom & twist up a very small amount (about 3cm) of filler. Either apply directly to surface or using built-in spackling knife, scrape off spackling from top of tube & apply to wall. Using a clean putty knife, press spackling into hole or crack. Draw blade firmly across the surface to remove excess material in one strike.
How many applications do I need?
One application is usually sufficient for small repairs.
How quickly can I paint?
May be painted within minutes with a latex paint. Please follow paint manufacturer’s instructions for application. If sanding is desired, or if an oil-based paint is to be used, allow to dry thoroughly (approximately 24 hours).
Can I use it on exterior surfaces?
Yes, DAP Fast N Final can be used for both interior and exterior repairs. Do not apply when temperatures are below 5°C or if rain is expected within 24 hours.
